CJ Bosco is a family law attorney licensed in Florida since 2001 and Ohio since 2004 (currently inactive). She was a litigator in several cities in Florida including Naples, Fort Myers and Orlando and owned her own firm, Bosco Law Firm, P.A. in Fort Myers, Florida. She has successfully litigated and tried hundreds of cases in her career in multiple jurisdictions involving insurance defense, wrongful death, construction defects, contract and business disputes and family law matters. She has worked as a Certified Family Law Mediator and a parenting coordinator as well as being trained in Collaborative Law. She has also worked with attorneys to consult and assist them in their litigation support services needs, including witness training and jury consulting. CJ received her B.A. in English from Alma College in Alma, Michigan and her J.D. from the University of Miami, School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida.
Service to the community, both legal and otherwise, is very important to CJ. She is a former Florida Bar YLD Governor and former ABA YLD scholar for the GP, Solo, Small Firm section. She has served on the Board of the Central Florida Associations for Women Lawyers as Programs Co-Director, Public Relations Director and Director at Large. She was the Recipient of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers Leader in the Law award in 2016. CJ volunteers her time with the Central Florida Chapter of the JDRF and served on the Annual Gala’s Board of Ambassadors. She has served on the Orlando Science Center’s Science of Wine committee. She also acts as a Guardian ad Litem for those children in the dependency system and serves as an intake attorney for the Homeless Advocacy Program. CJ is an avid runner and often runs to raise money for the JDRF.
