Becca is a licensed Mental Health Counselor, who has worked with children and families since 2004. As a trained mental health neutral in collaborative law, she is devoted to supporting parents through a child-focused divorce that prioritizes the wellbeing of both spouses and children. It is no secret that parental conflict, if not kept in check, is arguably the most damaging aspect of divorce for children. She strives to provide parents with the right tools and support needed to become a healthy co-parenting team, while they begin to live separate lives. She is a firm believer that paying careful attention to these details now rewards families with the framework for a positive, post-divorce co-parenting relationship. An environment where children continue to be loved and cared for.
In addition to divorce support, Becca offers mindfulness and body-centered therapy to release stored trauma and stress in her private practice. Informed by neuroscience, her gentle approach regulates the nervous system and restores peace and vitality in clients so they can live fully.
Becca is a graduate of University of Florida (B.S.), University of Central Florida (M.A.) and University of Mississippi (Ed.S.) in Counselor Education with emphases in School, Mental Health and Play Therapy. She additionally is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
